Grounded in the roots of the Star Trek: The Next Generation series, the simulation takes place one year prior to the events of Star Trek: Nemesis and centers around the storyline started in the Next Generation episode entitled “The Chase.” This episode directly introduced the idea of a shared common ancestry amongst the races of the Milky Way galaxy.
